James previously served as Managing Director of Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management Canada and was the Founder and CEO of Richardson GMP, where he led the firm through a period of significant growth and consolidation. His career also includes senior leadership roles as President and CEO of Aston Hill Financial, Managing Director at ScotiaMcLeod, and Chair of the Board of Governors at CI Investments.
