About Morrison Park Advisors
Morrison Park Advisors (“MPA”) was founded in November 2006 by a group of like-minded investment banking professionals who continue to be focused on creating an environment where they can concentrate solely on the interests of clients. Through our strategic alliances with DNA Capital in Montreal and IMAP (International M&A Partnership) we have national and international scope combined with an in-depth knowledge of the Canadian mid-market.
We have been retained to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raises, divestitures and restructurings, and to provide formal valuations, fairness opinions, contract negotiations, advice to special committees of boards of directors, advice on initial credit ratings, expert testimony, policy development, and market analysis.
We have extensive experience in all types of corporate transactions including unsolicited take-over bids, going private transactions, insider bids, friendly mergers, initial public offerings, debt and equity financings, restructurings, and recapitalizations.

Our Values
We are one team and our great team makes a big difference. We share our knowledge, resources and experience to the benefit of our clients. While many firms work on transactions, we work on genuine and lasting relationships. We earn our client’s trust through honesty and independent advice always putting our client first.
We believe that nothing is more important than our clients, and our team performs with the highest levels of honesty, trust and integrity, and this is important to who we are.
