Ben is a Managing Director at MPA. In this role he is responsible for transaction execution, financial advisory and capital raising services.

Prior to joining MPA, Benjamin spent two years in Scotia Capital’s investment banking and equity capital markets divisions. While there, he focused on the communications, media and technology sectors, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from York University’s Schulich School of Business, a Masters (M.A. Cantab.) in law from the University of Cambridge.
