As a Senior Advisor at MPA, I bring extensive experience and focus on restructure transactions.

I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and am a CPA, CA, Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP), and a trustee in Bankruptcy ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman School of Management.

Experience includes leading Alvarez & Marsal as court-appointed CCAA monitor and U.S. Chapter 15 Foreign Representative in the successful restructuring of Arctic Glacier, a case with significant complexities. 

I also acted as the Chief Restructuring Officer in leading a successful out-of-court restructuring of High River Gold Mines Ltd., a TSX-listed company with operating mines in Russia, West Africa, the U.S., and the U.K.
