As Managing Director, I help manage MPA; I also help originate and manage special situations and originate and execute M&A transactions, capital formation, and restructuring assignments.

I have worked at MPA since 2009, when I joined MPA as an associate. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from York University’s Schulich School of Business and a Masters (M.A. Cantab) (Law) from the University of Cambridge. I began my career in Scotia Capital’s investment banking and equity capital markets divisions.
