As Managing Director at MPA, I’m responsible for transaction origination, client engagement & development, and overall delivery of service. With experience across product types and industry segments, I am a generalist with a particular interest in advising earlier-stage companies on the design and execution of strategies for business formation, growth, and transition. 

I have a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and MBA from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, and I am a CFA charter holder.

Prior to joining MPA, I was in the investment banking group at Scotiabank, leading a number of successful equity, debt, and M&A transactions for corporate clients in Canada and the U.S.

What I love most about what I do is helping my clients achieve their objectives and earning their trust through the process.  My work is based on establishing and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships with our clients and the investment community.
