Prior to MPA, I was a successful global healthcare company Director, CEO, CFO and Executive for over 30 years. With a career marked by successfully leading companies through crisis situations, I’ve taken companies through transformative public and private acquisitions, mergers and divestitures, raised capital through public offerings, private placements, PIPEs and bought deals. I have hands on experience in developing and executing strategies that create significant stakeholder value for global public and private healthcare companies. I was a Director and CEO for a publicly listed infection prevention and wound care company, CFO and President of a public medical imaging software company and Officer and Executive with numerous public and private software, technology, and telecom companies.

I earned a BSc from Mount Allison University, a graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University and I’m a CPA, CA.
