Diane holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University, specializing in Global Asset and Wealth Management, and she also possesses an ICD designation from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Currently, Diane serves as the Chief Experience Officer at BlueShore Financial, where she oversees strategy and operations across all business lines. Prior to her role at BlueShore, Diane served as the Managing Director leading the Financial Services practice for Western Canada at Ernst & Young. Additionally, she has held senior executive positions at other financial institutions such as HSBC and Prospera Credit Union.

In addition to her corporate roles, Diane has contributed her expertise to various boards, including The Terry Fox Foundation, Abbotsford Airport Authority, and British Columbia Real Estate Association. She is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the organizations and communities she serves. Diane is passionate about mentoring employees within her organization and entrepreneurs in the community to help them achieve financial and career success.
