As Managing Director at MPA, leading our asset management practice, I can draw on 35 years of investment banking, investment management and capital markets experience from a career in Montreal and Toronto to help clients with M&A, valuations and advice.

Prior to joining MPA, I was CEO of JCIC Asset Management and Vice Chairman of Scotiabank’s Global Banking and Markets. I have a BA (Economics) from Western University, French language proficiency from Universite de Grenoble and am a Chartered Investment Manager.

I currently serve on two private company boards and have served on the boards of TSX-listed Velan Inc. (Chair of the Audit Committee), Alpine Canada, Partners for Mental Health, the Montreal General Hospital Corporation, and others. 

What I love about what I do is getting to know the client and their business and becoming a trusted advisor. Some of my best advice has been recommending against doing a deal.
