David helps manage the firm, is involved with both capital raising, restructuring and M&A assignments, and specializes in utility, government/quasi-government/not-for-profit, and asset management client situations

One of MPA’s co-founders; began his Bay St. career in 1979 and has worked at a number of bank and non-bank financial institutions. Prior to joining MPA, he was Head of Power & Infrastructure and Head of Structured Finance at Scotiabank.

David holds a BSc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Rotman School of Management.
