As Managing Director at MPA, I focus mainly on the energy, utilities, cleantech, and infrastructure sectors, helping clients meet financial and strategic challenges, including M&As, capital raising, restructuring, and project partnerships.

I have a B.A. and LL.B., both from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining MPA in 2005, I was Chief of Staff to the Ontario Minister of Energy, where I helped to reshape the province’s electricity sector, phase out coal, and launch major procurements for new renewable, gas, and nuclear electricity. Before that, I had a career in consulting, focused largely on public policy and regulated industries. 

What I enjoy most at MPA is helping clients who are on the cutting edge of commercial-environmental-public policy intersections. Three different languages and ways of thinking, but unique solutions to bring tangible benefits to everyone.
