As MPA’s Chairman, I oversee governance and facilitate the execution of board decisions, as well as consulting across key areas of the business. Over the last 40 years, I’ve led many of the largest, most innovative, and complex capital markets transactions in Canada.     

My extensive experience includes working with businesses and government to provide trusted advisory services. I was Vice Chairman at Scotia Capital and, most recently, head of Equity Capital Markets.
