As a longstanding M&A advisor in Canada, I have acted as lead advisor to CEOs, boards of directors, and board committees on over $100 billion of M&A transactions over the past 35 years. 

In addition to advising clients on complex and groundbreaking transactions in the marketplace, I’m also a frequent lecturer at universities and industry conferences and contribute regularly to various industry publications.
